Change of ownership
On 6 November 2018, the Twitter related services Tweetails, TweetDelete and TweetDownload were purchased by Richard West Ltd. (UK company 09163939) from Memset Ltd. (UK company 04504980).
I'm the original developer of these services, which were created in 2011 under contract for Memset. Having ownership will allow me to spend additional time updating and improving them, so expect to see some nice changes coming soon!
Memset will still be providing hosting for the services, and I am grateful for their continued support. We feel this change in ownership benefits everyone involved by allowing them to focus on their core hosting business, while enabling me to more easily bring new features and updates to the users of these services.

Future plans
Over the coming months, I intend to redesign the services to bring them up to date, with a particular focus on mobile devices (many of our users are on mobile phones, where the current designs feel quite old and clunky). At the same time I hope to also bring in many other improvements. These are likely to include one-off jobs on TweetDelete with a live progress display (rather than running on a schedule), and many additional slightly insane statistics for Tweetails that have existed in my brain for some time, but have yet to make it to the website!
I hope that eventually the ongoing maintenance costs of the services will be supported by advertising, so some adverts will likely be added after a while (probably after the redesigned sites are ready). I'm not a fan of obnoxious online advertising myself, so will look to keep this sensible and unobtrusive.
I plan to keep the current services running until I have time to complete the improved versions. Although they could use a bit of modernisation, they're generally working fine, and I'm happy so many users are finding them useful!

Richard West Ltd. ("the Buyer") purchased Twitter management services Tweetails, TweetDelete and TweetDownload on Tuesday, 6 November 2018. All those who have used the services prior to this date are currently listed on Memset Ltd's ("the Seller's") customer database for the purpose of you subscribing to online services from the Seller.
Your personal data has been transferred to the Buyer for the continued provision of Twitter management services to you. The Buyer will process your personal data fairly and lawfully and in accordance with the principles and requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("the GDPR").
Under the GDPR, we are required to provide you with certain information about who we are, how we process your personal data and for what purposes, and your rights in relation to your personal data.
